How many days in advance can I book my tour?

You can book any of our tours 6 months in advance.

Can I book my tour the same day it happens?

As long as there are spots available, you can always make your booking, as long as it is with a min of 3 hrs.

What type of payments do you accept?

You can make your reservation with any of these: Credit cards or PayPal. You can also pay by bank transfer as long as the payments reaches our account before the tour starts. Write to us and we will tell you how to do it.

How long in advance can I cancel my booking?

Please cancel at least 72 hours before for a full refund. After 72h, the refund of the booking will not be made because it would be impossible to re-plan it.

Would I be covered by insurance?

Can I reserve some of the tours for a private event?

Of course, we are happy to sit down with you and organize your perfect plan, from the best catering or live paella in the area to birthdays, private parties, bachelorette, graduation and much more.

I’m coming with a large group of people and would like to do one of your tours. Can you customize it?

Any of our tours are 100% customizable based on your preferences.

Are all your tours in La Manga?

Right now we’re focused on showing the wonders of this place and in the coming months, we will also have options throughout the peninsula and other countries

Can I bring my dog and cat?

For the convenience of all the travelers, no pets allowed.

How do I get confirmation of my booking?

When you make your reservation, the data of the same will be automatically reached to your email (check your spam). The QR you receive will be necessary to show it to the monitor of your Tour before departure.

Are kids allowed?

You can review this information in the description of each of the Tours. If you can’t bring them with you, we have babysitter available

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You can bring your food or drink depending on the tour. Review this information in the description of it. In case of allergies when a skac is included, please fill out the allergies section included in each tour to let us know

I made a mistake on my personal info, can I change it?

You can modify any contact information in your client portal.

Do you carry tours all year long?

Yes, we do have tours available all year around with different activities according to the season. For example, during summer we have water activities and during winter visits to wineries.

I don’t speak a word of Spanish. Are you tours fully in English?

Yes, all our staff is bilingual in Spanish and English.

What does door to door service mean?

We pick you up at LMC, and drop you back off there.

Your tours that are “All-included” what exactly do they have?

This means that you do not have to worry about anything, you only bring your desire to have fun, we provide you with everything else: a comfortable door-to-door service, OLÉ TOUR hired, the assistance of a bilingual & professional guide/coordinator, insurance, planned excursions and taxes. And some surprises!!
